Since August 24, 2016, the search giant has endowed users of the Google My Business service with the right to accept or reject updates developed for specific fields.
In the desktop version, the algorithm of actions is as follows:
- Sign in to your account and click on the location you want to see. In the right back sector of the page, the icon “Updates from Google” will appear if any updates have been developed for the location. If there were no updates, the angle will remain empty.
- Check out the full list of updates.
- In order to make changes to the location, you need to click on the pencil icon, located next to the ad. After you need to click on the button “Apply”.
- Then you need to accept the selected updates. This can be done by clicking on the “Accept” button, which is located in the upper right sector of the page.
